Hey hey! I decided to upload this 8 MINUTE STANDING ABS WORKOUT NO EQUIPMENT this week instead of the arms workout that I've been preparing because I know you will love it!! Yes, its easy and quick abs workout that is perfect for beginners. No crazy jumping and no equipment needed. This workout will help you shape your abs and waist. All workout done standing, no sit ups if you're not fans of it. LET'S GO!

Some exercises might be challenging but you'll get better at them as you go.

Remember to take longer break when needed but DON'T QUIT NOW.

Let's do it together and have fun!

8 MINUTE STANDING ABS WORKOUT NO EQUIPMENT that is perfect for beginners. 12 exercises in total- 30 secs each with 10 secs rest in between:

WORKOUT
1. High Knees
2. Hop Twist - perfect for abs and waist
3. Alternating Toe Touches
4. Oblique Crunch - great for waist and oblique. Bonus point it works on the glute muscle too!
5. Good Morning Twist - another workout that is not only great for oblique/waist but also works on your booty and hamstring
6. Front Kick R & L - work also on the hamstring and thigh muscles
7. Side Reach R & L
8. Side Crunch R & L
9. 2 Elbow to Knee
