Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) - Hindi

Gram Panchayats are constitutionally mandated to prepare the annual Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP) Plan for ensuring economic development and social justice for the communities, utilizing the resources available with them. GPDP is aimed at creating an inclusive, holistic village plan and provides a platform for rural communities to come together to turn the vision of their village’s development to reality.

This video on GPDP in Hindi aims to aid the planning processes at the village level and enhance the participation of women, children, and other marginalized groups in the same. The video can be used by individuals, CSOs, as well as government bodies working with the rural communities to inform them of the rights and provisions available to them to realise their vision of Gram Swaraj.
