Hamburger Hashbrown Casserole
2lbs ground beef
30oz hashbrowns
1 can Cream of Mushroom
1 can Cream of Chicken
8 oz sour cream
Shredded Cheese
1 onion
1 tbl minced garlic

Season and cook ground beef and onions & minced garlic.
In a mixing bowl Add 30oz of Shredded thawed hashbrowns, 2 cans of cream of soup, 8oz Shredded cheese , 8oz Sour cream , your favorite seasons and add meat. Spray your casserole dish with oil and add mixture . Bake on 400 for 45 mins. take out add cheese on top Cook to cheese is bubbly and melted.
