On Friday, 12/20/2019, I decided to get up early to see some of the morning trains along the CSX Boston Line (B&A). I started out in Spencer at CP 60 where I waited an hour before Q012 would show up. After Q012, I knew I had Q426, Q264 and Q022 all coming east but they were still a bit far west. Deciding that I didn’t want another hour long wait, I hopped back on the road and headed west to Palmer at CP 83. When I arrived at Palmer, I found out that I missed Q426 but that was fine because about 5 minutes later, NECR 608 and CSXT Q264 had a rolling meet right in front of me! That was a pretty cool sight and after those two trains met, I decided to wait about a half hour for Q022. After Q022, I headed back home after a very successful morning trackside!
