This is a Solar Plexus Chakra Healing Guided Meditation. The Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as Manipura, is the third chakra and is located in the area around the solar plexus, just above the navel. The Solar Plexus Chakra is associated with personal power, self-esteem, confidence, and self-discipline. It governs our ability to make decisions, set boundaries, and assert ourselves in the world. When the Solar Plexus Chakra is balanced, we feel confident, in control of our lives, and able to trust our instincts and inner wisdom. On the other hand, when the chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we may experience feelings of low self-esteem, insecurity, and difficulty in making decisions.

In this meditation we will use visualizations, sound bowl healing, mantra chanting and affirmations to balance the Solar Plexus Chakra and give attention to our personal power and self-esteem, and develop a strong sense of self-worth.

WHO AM I:
I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.
