Hi I am Ryan, and I am facing £5000 in high court costs from the DWP because they say they cannot use email for my claim or award. But they just use email to confirm my claim. They also said that my partner's GP letter cannot be used instead of a fit note. This is plainly incorrect and against the DWP guidance.

The DWP does not care that Cambridge Jobcentre are still managing my claim. And not following their guidance.

This behavior of not only looking the other way but also defending it is disgusting. UK's Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and local Jobcentre Plus staff are deliberately hurting people and covering it up. One might call this benefit fraud.

This channel details my three ongoing legal battles against Cambridge Jobcentre Plus. The DWP is fighting me, but the facts speak for themselves.

-- THE THREE LEGAL BATTLES --

(1) MY PARTNER'S DISABILITY APPEAL
The Jobcentre "forgot" my partner was disabled at the start of her claim in March 2020. To cover it up, they are now refusing to accept a GP's letter as evidence for her Work Capability Assessment (WCA)—a direct violation of the DWP's own guidance. We have proven they have deleted health evidence from her file. The case is now with the tribunal, which has ordered the Jobcentre to explain their actions.

(2) MY JUDICIAL REVIEW (Deadline: Monday, July 21st)
The DWP's lawyers told the High Court they have "no power" to use email as a reasonable adjustment for my disability. This is a lie. Not only does their own guidance permit it, but my PIP claim has used email as an adjustment since 2020. They are providing false information to a court to deny a disabled claimant basic access.

(3) MY DISCRIMINATION CASE AGAINST DWP STAFF
I am suing the four staff members at Cambridge Jobcentre Plus and a DWP Data Protection Officer personally. They are the ones doing what the DWP want, or DWP do not care to stop. They have deliberately delayed my universal credit claim by refusing to verify my ID (until I sued them), and the Data Protection Officer is unlawfully withholding my audit trail data—data which would prove their actions were deliberate.

This is happening across the United Kingdom, not just Cambridge. I am fighting back against the lies and the institutional abuse that so many on UK benefits face.
