You are going to love this condensed milk bread, an all purpose flour recipe made by hand. A sweet Hokkaido milk bread dinner roll. This easy bread recipe is as addictive as it's name and is very soft, it is sweetened with condensed milk and is hard to not eat them all. This is truly the only sweet bread recipe you will ever need. Surprisingly, it is made with All purpose flour guys, yes! All purpose flour. No bread flour needed here.


Ingredients:
Step 1:
1 Cup Milk
1 tsp Active dry yeast
1/4 Cup Sweet Milk or Condensed Milk
1 Egg
Combined these ingredients and set aside

Step 2:
In a Next Bowl
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Iodize Salt
1/4 Cup Sugar
Make a well and add Step 1
Combine to form a ball
and let rest for 20 mins.
Note: Resting the dough for 20 mins make kneading it a lot easier.

Step 3:
.Knead dough for 3 mins
.Spread dough to add in 5 Tbsp. Softened Butter
.Knead Dough for 10 Mins
.Let Dough Rise Until Double in Size.
Note: How long your Dough rise, may vary depending on the climate and temperature of your kitchen. So rule of thumb is to let it rise until Double in size.

Step 4:
.Knead Dough until most of air is release
and divide dough into 8 balls
.Turn each ball into a log


Step 5:
.Grease bread pans with butter
.Rest 4 logs into each pan

Step 6:
.Let Dough Rest again until half their size
.brush risen logs with milk to achieve soft brown crust.
.Baked in a preheated oven on 335 degrees for 30 -35 mins.
Brush With Butter
and let cool for 10 mins
