Bonslick was going to have a special moment, but something dragged him to the depths at his peak, ruining his special moment. However, he saw something impressive, so to speak, which he wanted to tell everyone about, but no one believed him (poor thing).
In the Secret boss battle, he fused with a Gaster Blaster changing his name in "BonsBlaster".
