Ginger - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
grated coconut - 1/4 cup

Rice flour/Kozhukatai flour - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 tbs
Hot water - 1/2 cup
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
red chilli - 2
ginger - 1 tsp
curry leaves
jeera seeds - 1/2 tsp
oil - 1 tsp
mustard - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tbs

Stuffed kozhukatai
Rice flour/Kozhukatai flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Hot water - 3/4 cup
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
jaggery powder - 4 tbs
cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Crushed ground nut - 1/4 cup
