After almost 15 failed attempts over the past 18 months... I finally finished 75 Hard...

This isn’t a victory lap, just reflection on what it actually took to finish something I kept quitting and how unsexy all of this actually was.

This wasn’t just a physical challenge it was an emotional one.
Trying to face those voices we all have, the dopamine addiction, the fear of stillness, and the pressure to be everything to everyone but myself.

I hope this video reminds you:
You’re allowed to start again. Just don’t stop showing up.

This is the story of persistence. Of rebuilding. Of finally becoming the version of me I kept postponing.
