Mayura Alarippu in Mishram by the Shankarananda Kalakshetra ensemble

A colourful excerpt from our production "Tales of the Bull and the Tiger", where young Skanda is welcomed by a bunch of beautiful peacocks. This piece is a group performance and uses the pnemonics of the Mishra Alarippu overlayed by a traditional Thirupugazh, in Shanmughapriya ragam.
