Optimum Cut Version of Air War Over Russia at Flying Heritage Collection video, including slowmo when you see the view of "ReVi", so to see there is no "bar" or the like. It clearly shows how wide the lower glass looks to the pilot. Its worth noting that even the ReVi glass (about 4-5mm thin) makes a difference to the FOV limit :D
