🎶 “War Cry” 🎶

This one is a fairly aggressive Industrial/Techno track built on a juicy sub-bass foundation employing a four-on-the-floor kick drum pattern at 130 BPM. I began with an audio recording of my own voice submitted to Suno to establish the beat, and I never strayed far from that intial recording. As a result, the structure is minimalist and repetitive, focusing on rhythmic intensity and timbral evolution rather than melodic progression. It’s an instrumental, but does include a rhythmic vocal chant in a staccato male voice that functions as an additional percussive element.

For instrumentation, there should be no surprise that my usual bass-tuned cellos and violins are featured prominently, and all are played rather harshly. Just the way I like it! The soundscape is rounded out with a flute and electronics galore. Distortions, heavy bass, metallic foley hits, and white noise sweeps add texture.
