Building of an forty-9er kit

This video shows the building of an chinese forty-9er kit for 40m (7.023MHz). It give some informations about the build process and some useful hints. Important is to have a look to the schematic diagram. There are some parts not listed at the components list. This parts are only mentioned at the schematics. After I build this kit I am surprised from the receiver. I expected only a little bit more than the pixie. But the receiver is much better. This is a real and usable QRP transceiver. For 20€ you will get a nice kit.


As next step I will compare this transceiver to the pixie. So we can compare the two realy cheap transceiver kits on the marked.
