Ingredients:

1 cup Rice Rava
3.5 cups Water
1 tsp Ghee
2 tbsp Soaked Chana dal/Moong Dal
Salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Ginger gratings
1/8 tsp Hing(optional)

Procedure:
•Roast the Rava on low flame until aromatic
•Heat the water
•Add all the ingredients and cook until it's done on medium flame
•Cool and roll to balls
•Steam the rice balls for 8 mins
•Pour the ghee and serve Hot
