Rack Control Deck Tech - 1995 World Champion (Magic the Gathering)

In 1995 Alexander Blumke won the Magic the Gathering World Champion with Rack Control, an esper deck built around The Rack. It forced you to discard cards, it blew up your permanents, and then it slowly drained your life with The Rack.
