Excuse the clutter in the back/poor lighting, I just got situated at my new apartment! No more having to sleep on a living room floor, I can record covers anytime pretty much so no more excuses :), tomorrow I'll be uploading an X bass cover...(hint hint, it's the controversial one). Anyway, back to the cover! Klaus Fluoride is a super underrated bass player, seriously his tone is super unique...it's very hollow and cartoonish (loose is the better word), but packs a punch and is the secret weapon of the Dead Kennedys! I couldn't imagine the band without him, he adds a countermelody to the guitar that is essential to the band's sound. I kind of compare him to Kerry Hatch tone from Oingo Boingo, but less technical. Anyway, hopefully you enjoy my bass cover of Forward to Death by Dead Kennedys!
