The track was originally strongly teased as a solo song since early 2019. However, the hype generated around “Moon & Stars” drove $NOT to make the song one of his most important releases ever: he revealed that he was waiting for a feature to release the song, which turned out to be a contribution from American singer Maggie Lindemann.
