More than just a theme park, it is the main base of operations for the evil refugees from M Space Hunter Nebula! While secretly resembling cockroach-like creatures, the aliens disguise themselves as humans operating a harmless theme park... one that features the spectacular Godzilla Tower! Using audio tapes to summon the monsters Gigan and King Ghidorah from space, the plan is to use the space monsters to annihilate the planet. But when a tape falls into the hands of a manga artist and his friends, they soon discover that not all is right at the theme park and that tape has gathered the attention of both Godzilla and Anguirus as well. Soon, it's a four-way monster battle and a guarantee that attractions at the theme park will be closed for good once the fighting stops.

Released in 1972, the film introduces yet another new character to the world of Godzilla. The cyborg "space chicken" named Gigan immediately became a favorite amongst fans due to the monster's unique and deadly design. Gigan would appear again in next film in the series "Godzilla vs. Megalon" as well as return in 2004's "Godzilla Final Wars." This film also marks the first and last times that Godzilla would speak. In the Japanese version, this is done via word balloons (like a manga or comic book), but in the English language version (sometimes called Godzilla on Monster Island), the monsters' voices are dubbed! OK!!
