If this is your first time here, this video will guide you through getting your OpenAI API key and fully activating your personal AI assistant.

To unlock the full power of our AI-driven tools and smart recommendations, we recommend adding your ChatGPT OpenAI API key.

🔒 Your API key is 100% private and encrypted in our system. Only you can access it.

Don’t worry—KeyReach CRM still works perfectly without it thanks to our built-in AI Copilot. But connecting your key gives you extra features like:

Personalized AI suggestions
Smarter deal coaching
AI Lead Scoring
AI Automation Workflows

You can skip this step for now and always add your key later under Account → Security.

How to Get Your OpenAI API Key:
Click Get API Key (or Skip if you want to add it later).
On the OpenAI website, go to API → Create new secret key.
Tip: Give it a name and project label to stay organized.
Click Create Secret Key. ⚠️ Important: You can only view this key once. Save it somewhere safe—otherwise, you’ll need to generate a new one.

Go to Billing in OpenAI. Add a payment method and select a budget ($5–$10 is enough to get started).

You can enable auto-recharge if you want, but it’s optional. If your balance runs low, you’ll get an alert.

Return to your KeyReach Dashboard, go to Add Key, paste your API key, and save.

That’s it! 🎉 Your full AI dashboard is now active.

And remember: if you skipped adding your key, you can always return to Account → Security and add it anytime.
