Self Check-in , Swiss Hotel Apartments

Greetings from Swiss Hotel Apartments.

We are glad to share with you our self check-in solution for our Interlaken apartments (Swiss Hotel Apartments - Interlaken), this does not apply if you have booked Chalet Alia in Grindelwald or Savoy in Interlaken.

1. Use your booking number and last name, or scan your QR code to retrieve your booking.

2. Register all guests details on the screen and follow the check-in process.

3. Issue the key cards for your apartment

Take a white plastic key card from the box, on the left side of the screen

When the Salto device is blinking green, hold your key card on it for a few seconds

4. Welcome to Swiss Hotel Apartments, we wish you a pleasant stay

The main pedestrian entrance for the building is located a few steps on your right, behind the self check-in station

If you are coming with a car, the basement parking garage, with your assigned space, is located behind the self check-in station. Your space number is the same as your apartment number

Place your plastic card on the Salto device to enter the building and parking, and on the door handle to enter your apartment
