Ask Caroline Staff Q&A Episode 10

Описание к видео Ask Caroline Staff Q&A Episode 10

Long service awards, Job Train delays, bank vaccinators and two-metre physical distancing in health care settings are all on the agenda in the 10th episode of "Ask Caroline".

Caroline also commits to continuing the Q&A sessions following the results of the survey in the daily brief last month in which 85% of colleagues said they’d like her to continue. She acknowledges the Q&A doesn’t work for everyone and commits to freshening things up by exploring additional ways of making herself and other members of the senior team more visible, in person and virtually.

Recognising it has been a particularly tough week for many, Caroline commented following the completion of this edition, saying: "Towards the end of another busy week for colleagues right across the spectrum of health and social care, I just wanted to say thank you for all you continue to do in these challenging times. Colleagues continue to show incredible commitment to every person we care for whether in a care delivery role or a role which supports care delivery. It's important to recognise even when we are stretched, we are making a huge difference to people's lives each and every day despite perhaps feeling currently we can never quite do enough."
