Here are the steps you can follow to apply your visit:

Official Website Link: https://prakashpurb550.mha.gov.in/kpr/

1. Apply Online on the website prakashpurb550.mha.gov.in 15-20 days before your date of travel

2. This will be followed by a physical verification & inspection by authorities

3. You will know the status of your application only 4 days prior to your departure.

4. You can check the status of your application on their website at https://prakashpurb550.mha.gov.in/kpr...

5. If approved, you shall be given an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) which you need to present

6. There is no visa or stamp required!
