Talk on: new book giving strength to those who read it, the therapy of writing, having a heavy work load, having hunger and ambition, strength of the group, rumours of a split, solo projects, working on 'Goldmember', next move as a band, Caribbean tour. Kelly Rowland: "It was almost like therapy because you think about tings that you hadn't thought about forever, and it makes you reflect on why you made some choices and things that you become a different person because of things and it is kind of like therapy. It was a good experience for all of us."
Kelly Rowland : "I think above everything strength and the fact that even though God sends obstacles in your lief you can get over it , you can be stronger when you get out of a situation you are a lot more knowledgeable of life and everything that takes place around you."
Beyonce Knowles: "It's hard sometimes ,we have a lot of different hats that we were and it's hard. but we have goals and we ambition and hunger and that is the things that you need to accomplish whatever goal you have. So we just try to stay ambitious and hungry. "
Beyonce Knowles: "I think it's affected the dynamics because I think the show is a hundred percent better. I think now all of us, when you have to step out on your own it forces you to grow and it helps all of us individually become stronger and be more secure. there are certain things that you are insecure about when you are by yourself, you can't hide under other people. So all of us are getting better . You see the show is like wow what happened, everybody is better and is making the group stronger."
Beyonce: - "We're going to fight them, we are going to bust them."
Kelly Rowland : "Look we have got heels on."
