Kinda grew to despise the 17:13 recently and so tried early to go for a sub-17, even a sub-16:40 (sub-1000 seconds). Got this run, and got it surprisingly quickly, presumably because my Cowell skip setup has improved in consistency. Still contacting the mods as of writing to see if the way I end these runs is valid, but I'm going ahead here anyway.

The beginning was a little messy (Fang-Yin LUL), as well as driving out of The Keep, but it was overall a fairly solid run. The massive time drop was not screwing up on either the Shai-Gen Riot (or it screwing me), killing Martinez, and spawn camping the Los Muertos riot. Also, 6 golds of 18 splits, so that helped.

There are some changes over the 17:13 to note:
-Biragov, Rabotnikov & Cowell: Did Biragov and Rabotnikov before Cowell because, in relation to using bunny hops to skip the 'gang member killed' camera/cutscene hybrid, this also skips gang intro cutscenes, which shaves off 3.5s, but probably loses a little of that to menuing, so maybe 3s.
-Fang-Yin: It turns out, because of the Xbox One S' loading time, warping back to Intellicenter is just as fast as bunny hopping out and over Timbol's complex (as opposed to under it or watching the cutscene and double jumping out). If bunny hopping is faster, I think it's only 0.25s at most and is much harder and inconsistent. Saved ~2-2.5s over the 17:13.
-Rzeznik: There's a rock section a little further right to what I was doing before that is about 1 second faster and isn't finnicky/inconsistent to grab onto unlike the ledge climbing, which is leagues better.

At this point, my sum of best is at 15:51 (so finally a run not over 1 minute behind SoB), and maybe - at most - it can drop to 15:40, but unless something big like clipping through Oakley's dome is found, this might be the true floor for this category. Outside of this, maybe checking granular details like: shotgun or Firefly to kill the bosses, test both of the shotguns for consistency and kill range (meaning, less time to kill the bosses requiring shotgunning), testing exact ranges of boss-kill cutscenes to know when to resume optimal movement over bunny hopping, stomp-jumping instead of regular jumping as the norm (which may be fractionally faster but easy to screw up), and just general, extremely tight corner-cutting.

From all of this, the end-goal may be sub-16, but that will likely be a monster to achieve if it is realistically possible. But now that I have this, I actually want to commit back to Destroy All Humans! Any% properly, and maybe Crackdown NG Any% rerouting and sub-40 at some point in the near future.
