Downloading UTAU & UTAU-Synth《Guide》

UPDATE JUNE 2023: UTAU-Synth no longer works on macOS Monterey and above. I will update again if this changes in the future. I recommend using OpenUtau instead regardless of platform though! It is a lot less primitive than UTAU and UTAU-Synth.

This is a PC and MAC tutorial for downloading/installing UTAU or UTAU-Synth.
