Char Griller Competition Pro Offset Smoker Unboxing And First Look

Hey guys, today were going to be doing an unboxing and first look at the char griller competition pro offset smoker. In full disclosure I've cooked on offset smokers before, but I've never owned one. That being said I'm real excited to go on the adventure of learning to master this offset and taking you along for the ride with me. This particular cooker was provided to me by Char Griller for the upcoming KCBS competition season so we'll definitely put it through its paces, but for right now after the first cook I'm really excited about what our summer looks like using this smoker.
