How to secure Amazon DynamoDB using AWS PrivateLink and resource-based policies | The Data Dive

Описание к видео How to secure Amazon DynamoDB using AWS PrivateLink and resource-based policies | The Data Dive

Customers have been asking us for ways to simplify security controls with DynamoDB, such as simplifying private connectivity between their hybrid solutions and DynamoDB, and simplifying access control for their DynamoDB resources. We are excited to introduce both PrivateLink and Resource-based policies as new DynamoDB features that help solve our customers’ needs. With AWS PrivateLink, you can simplify private network connectivity between virtual private clouds (VPCs), DynamoDB, and your on-premises data centers using interface VPC endpoints and private IP addresses. With resource-based policies, you can specify the Identity and Access Management (IAM) users or roles (principals) that have access to a resource and what actions they can perform on it, by defining these permissions at an individual resource level.
