Frank Lloyd Wright Inspired Murphy Bed

Check out our latest custom build! This Murphy bed was inspired by the designer Frank Lloyd Wright. Of course we put out one twist on it.

We crafted this piece from oak maple wood with a rich cherry stain from Minwax. The face is designed with four false door sections and features an innovative desk with a drawer on the front. What's truly impressive is that there's no need to clear off the desk when using the bed. Watch as the desk seamlessly transitions under the bed in the video.

We also added side cabinets equipped with a printer pullout, an outlet, adjustable shelves, pullout trays, and file drawers.

For added convenience, lights were installed in both the bed section and the side cabinets. The bed lights can also be used when the desk is in position, and all lights are controlled from two locations: one on the side cabinet when the desk is up, and the other on the headboard when the bed is down.
