p.s. In a beautiful display of synchronicity, the jumper I am wearing says 'go with the flow' - it was a brand new jumper found in my grandma's wardrobe after her passing, none of us had ever seen her wear it. I had been looking in the shops to buy a slogan sweater just 2 days before it was given to me, so it arrived right on time and could not be more perfect.
