Indian Air Force Inducts Barak 8 Missile System: This Is How It Will Boost India’s Air Defence

The Indian Air Force has inducted a medium-range surface-to-air-missile (MRSAM) system. The missile system is capable of knocking down aerial threats like drones, helicopters, UAVs, fighter jets, etc. India’s Defence minister Rajnath Singh described the capability as a “game-changer” in air defence. The Barak 8 missile system will boost India’s capabilities to tackle varieties of aerial threats.
