Mustard Seeds सरसों - 1cup
Fennel Seeds सौंफ - 4tbsp
Amchur Powder अमचूर पाउडर - 1cup
Kalonji कलौंजी - 1tbsp
Carom Seeds अजवायन - 2tbsp
Turmeric Powder हल्दी पाउडर - 2tbsp
Coriander Seeds धनिया पाउडर - 2½tbsp
Cumin Seeds जीरा - 1tbsp
Black Pepper काली मिर्च - 1tbsp
Black Salt काला नमक - 2tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds मेथी दाना - 1tbsp
Salt नमक - 1¼cup
Dry Red Chilli सुखी लाल मिर्च- 8
Asafoetida हींग - 2tsp
Mustard Oil सरसों तेल - 600ml
