After taking a ten-year break, Jerome Flynn says he was waiting for the right role to grab his attention and bring him back into the acting fold. Game of Thrones was the role he'd been waiting for and believes that one of the reasons his character Bronn has stayed alive is so the writers can channel their humour through him. Jerome has recently returned from a trip to South Sudan, where he worked with the charity World Vision that focuses on rehabilitating and supporting the thousands of ex-child soldiers in the country.
