Bad Apartments | The Sims 4 | Speed Builds | NOCC

Today, we are building an apartment building with three units for your sims, the ground floor is designed for a single guy. While the middle is left empty for anyone to move into and the top floor is a two-bedroom apartment set out for a single mum with a toddler and a infant. - This lot is located on a 15x20 lot in Morensong neighbourhood of Tomarang in @TheSims 4.
