Chutney recipe
Ingredients:
Tamarind pulp 1/3 cup
Roughly chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup ( 1 medium size tomato)
Roughly Chopped onions 1/4 cup
roughly chopped green chilies 3 - 4 count ( I used mild chilies you use of your choice)
Chopped fresh coriander 1/2 cup
Fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup
Salt 1 1/2 Tsp ( or as per taste)
Black salt 1 Tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 Tsp
Roasted coriander seeds 1 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
Vinegar 1 Tsp
Water 2 Tbsp (Adjust to desired consistency)
This chutney can be used for kabab, pakora & samosa....too.
