P&O Azura Cruise Vlog...#5 Corfu

So our last port of call before we head back to Malta was Corfu . Although this is a popular holiday destination this was our first visit .
As we approached our berth we could see that we were going to be berthed opposite Marella Explorer 2 . This was a good chance for us to take a look at the ship, as we are on the sister ship Explorer next year
We decided to walk into the old town of Corfu , we were told its only a 15 minute walk , it turned out to be slightly longer , more like 35 minutes . So if there are shuttle buses available we would recommend that you take them .
We reached the old town and had a pleasant few hours , it turned out that the day we were there was in fact a public holiday so we managed to catch part of the parade that was happening . Also there was a display by the army and the Air Force .
After a pleasant time in Corfu Old town we decided we would head back to the ship , this time we would take the shuttle Bus , the queue was quite large but soon moved down because of the frequency of the Busses .
Back onboard it was time for a slice of Pizza , drink at the poolside bar ,then after a bit of relaxation we did a little tour of the ship. Before heading back to our balcony to watch the sail away of Explorer 2 .
That evening was our second formal evening of the cruise , after another ok meal in the MDR we enjoyed the usual bars that we frequented , listening to the music that was on offer . We even had time to participate in a bit of silent disco.
There ended another day onboard P&O Azura , tomorrow would be a sea day so that meant packing would have to start.
