We are launching a customs declaration survey to determine the best customs declaration software in the UK. We'd like you to join us to learn what customs declaration software exists, who offers it, and discover our 10 criteria for rating it. In a series of videos, we will rate customs software based on the following criteria:

2. Training and Support: Availability and quality of training and support resources, including customer service

3. Automation and Efficiency: Automation and efficiency in reducing manual entry.

4. Compliance and Updates: Ability to comply with the latest regulations and updates.

5. Customization and Flexibility: Adapting to specific business needs and workflows, including the different scenarios in customs declarations supported, the industry and more.

6. Integration with Other Systems: Seamlessness of integration with other business systems.

7. Performance, Reliability & Pricing: The software's Uptime, performance, and reliability and pricing.

8. Security and Data Protection: Measures in place to protect sensitive data.

9. Reporting and Analytics: Quality and customization of reporting and analytics features, including getting copies

10. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Responsiveness to user feedback and continuous improvement efforts. Includes customer service

Evaluation Criteria
Ultimately, we will rank the software solutions based on ten critical criteria from 1 to 10, where one is not good, and 10 is perfect. We will then total these together to get the final score.
