My Life After Experiencing DPDR (Depersonalization/Derealization)

Описание к видео My Life After Experiencing DPDR (Depersonalization/Derealization)

In todays video, I was reflecting on the past year and realized how far I have come since the worst of my mental health struggles with depersonalization/derealization. While the feelings of DPDR can be extremely uncomfortable, scary, debilitating, and even unbearable at times, there is a lot to be learned from this experience. We can all learn to RE-PERSONALIZE, which is my biggest takeaway from experiencing DPDR. I have learned to re-invent myself and I hope you can all do the same! If you need advice as to how to improve the awful symptoms DPDR can bring, check out my other videos on my channel and subscribe for weekly content!

(Some videos will contain more content about DPDR than others will, but that's just what i want this channel to be, and i hope you all enjoy that as well.)

See you guys next time,

Who am i?
My name is Serafina Johnson, I am 22 years old and i live in California.
I suffered from DPDR (depersonalization/derealization disorder).
What is DPDR? Depersonalization is described as feeling disconnected or Detached from one's self. Derealization is an alteration in the perception or experience of the external world so that it seems unreal.
I also love making youtube videos, DPDR related, or not.
