Recognize That It Is A Test

In seeking to advance through life in accordance with divine will towards awakening, consciousness and personal evolution, it is critical to recognize that challenging situations and circumstances when they arise are but tests and opportunities that provide an opportunity for advancement and development.

When we fail to recognize that life is testing us, we not only fail and create poor results that only further frustrate us, but we perpetuate problems that do not get solved until they are transcended.

Yet by developing the capacity to step back, pause, root and anchor ourselves in presence and in peace, thereby first calming the storm before reacting, we become capable of taking positive, purposeful, beneficial and constructive action that moves us towards healing and resolution.
