Have you seen this Connecticut parole revocation hearing?

He goes absolutely nuts when he hearse the news, a real manbaby scene that you can really only get in Connecticut.

Connecticut is the only State we cover that does not have an officer sitting in the room during the parole proceedings. This might be why there are so many frequent tantrums. Or perhaps it's just the Connecticut water. Who knows?

Louisiana often has a warden present, Utah has at least 2 CO's. Iowa has CO or some kind of specialist from the DOC. Vermont always had a CO as well. Why Connecticut allows these hearings to go without CO's is beyond me, but hey, it makes good entertainment.

But to be safe, don't drink the Connecticut water folks.
