-DCUO Cosplay- Phoenix (Green Suit Version)

Hello everyone! I was pretty excited to see the addition of the Tendril Cloaks in the most recent Resurgence Capsule (get this back off the broker!) and this character was one of the first I thought of! It's a great way to get the Phoenix Force for this style!
