My Chili Oil Recipe is easy to make and 100% Alkaline. I used a chili that's relatively unknown, but packs a ton of flavor. There are a million different ways to make chili oil and everyone should be able to find a recipe that meets their individual needs. I personally love chili oils with lots of toasted sesame seeds. They have a bold flavor, they're smokey, and have a crunchy texture from the sesame seeds and other crispy ingredients.
