Zojila pass is a high mountain pass in Kashmir, India. Zojila pass connects Ladakh with Kashmir. Situated at an altitude of 11,650 ft , Zojila pass is one of the most dangerous mountain passes in the world and one of India’s most dangerous roads. The road from Sonmarg to Zojila is very steep and narrow which is prone to landslides throughout the year. Zojila pass remains closed during winter due to heavy snowfall.
