Andy’s Smoked Jalapeño Poppers

PREP UPDATE: it was pointed out to me that in this video I referred to the peppers seeds as the spicy component. This is in fact NOT true, rather it is the inner white flesh of the pepper that contains the heat! Sorry for any misinformation this may have caused! On an added note, you can use this spicy inner flesh and mix it with your cream cheese if you prefer a spicy treat, opposed to my more mild version!
