Rede Manchete was launched by businessman Adolpho Bloch on 5th June 1983 to replace Rede Tupi and Rede Excelsior. It was dissolved on 10th May 1999, when it was replaced by RedeTV! on 15th November 1999 (originally known as TV! on its test broadcast in May 1999). This may be my last ident history video on a Brazilian television network for now, although I might do a video on Band (Rede Bandeirantes) in the future. My next logo history video will be on Contender Entertainment Group.
