It took me a little while to master filling these things, and I invented them. So I thought a video might be helpful for everyone that hasn't had a chance to see it at the markets with my Mum.
Voila.

Try putting fruit in there and freezing it for a healthy iced treat that won't collect fluff and leave a sticky puddle when it lands on the floor, or the back seat of the car!
