Packaging Solution : There are two solutions for your cotton roll package:
one is The standard packaging machine use Step motor PLC control, this model is BST-600X,you need feed cotton rolls by workers. The machine speed is depend on workers feed speed.
Second one is BST-600X-Servo model. This model have three Servo motors and Double frequency conversion also use PLC control system. They will very smart to control. The efficiency of servo motors can exceed the efficiency of three workers But there's no going to make mistake. They can easy connect with your cutting machine and conveyor. You can save the number of workers on duty.

Machine speed: BST-600X:40-180 pouches/min.(depend on the products status and filling speed)
Pouch type can be used: back sealing pouch

This model have three Servo motors and Double frequency conversions, also use PLC control system.
It is very smart to control Whole packaging process.
From feeding ,making bags ,sealing bags, finished products .

It can automatic reaction the length by the sensor and automatic reaction the running of the machine, when no products come into bags ,the packaging machine can be auto stop. Then the products coming again ,the packaging machine can be running again.

The efficiency of servo motors can exceed the efficiency of three workers.
And there's no going to make mistake.
It can easy connect with your cutting machine and conveyor.
You can save the number of workers on duty and save your workers salary monthly.
When your factory use BST-600X standard model need 3 or 4 workers, this model BST-600X-Servo just need one workers on duty.
It is energy saving by servo motors. So it can save more charge for energy.
