1. Equipment Inspection: Turn on the main power to start the system and confirm that the screen, limit switches, and emergency stop button are functioning properly. Check that the cutting tool is securely installed, free of wear, and compatible with 3mm foam board.

2. Automatic Tool Setting: Enter "Tool Setting Settings" in the system, select the vibrating blade, and set the reference to the board surface. Click "Start Tool Setting." The cutting head will automatically move to the tool setting block for detection and record its initial height. Upon completion, it will rise and display "Tool Setting Successful."

3. Positioning and Parameters: Lay the foam board flat and secure it, ensuring it is flat and free of shifting, with the edge aligned with the platform's reference line. Import the cutting pattern, adjust the position so it does not extend beyond the board, and select "Automatic Tool Compensation."

4. Cutting: Click "Start Cutting." The machine will follow the path. Operators should observe from a safe area to avoid debris accumulation.
