Heartworm is a third person survival horror game inspired by Silent Hill, Resident Evil and Fatal Frame (also known as Project Zero in Europe). It was developed by Vincent Adinolfi and published by DreadXP in 2025 exclusively for the pc. You play as Sam, a teenage girl obsessed with death who travels into an alternate dimension to contact her dead relatives. She uses a camera to fight enemies. Heartworm is presented from fixed camera angles that sometimes follows the player, similar to Silent Hill.
