Ingredients
1 kg chicken cut in curry pieces
1 tsp minced ginger and 1 tsp garlic
Whole spices: 1 small cinnamon stick, 3-4 cloves, 5-6 black pepper, 1 black cardamom, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 medium sized onions
2 small tomatoes
200 gm greek yoghurt
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp kashmiri red chillies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt or according to your taste
